PEAK Internet has become aware of a fraudulent e-mail being circulated to customers this week requesting username and password input to confirm e-mail account activation.

This message is fraudulent and was neither generated by PEAK Internet or any associated service provider to PEAK Internet. It is very important to remember that PEAK never asks for personal information through e-mail and you should never respond to such phishing scams.

Dear peak.org Subscriber, To complete your peak.org account, you must reply this email immediately & enter your Username here (********) and your password here (********).
Failure to do this will render your email address deactivated from our database.

Scam artists use these e-mails to obtain this information and then use it to illegally access your personal accounts. Never respond to e-mails asking for account or personal information and never follow a link within these e-mails.
